The registration fee includes participation in the course and coffee breaks

Registration PROCESS:

  • Registrations details:
    In this first step you can review the registration price and policy and start the registration process.

  • Coordinates:
    Please complete your mail and e-mail address so that we can send your final confirmation and other important correspondence regarding your registration.
    Your ESCIM membership ID will be requested at this step.

  • Basket:
    This step sums up your registration. You can confirm your order and continue the registration process. If the price is not correct, please go back to step 1 or 2 and check your registration.

  • Coordinates of registrant:
    If you are amongst the participants you have entered, your name will be on the list. Just click on it to go on with the registration. If you are not amongst the participants, click on the link to fill in your own coordinates.

  • Billing address:
    You may choose your own address or add a different one. This address will be on the invoice and receipt.

  • Registration summary and choice of payment:
    This page displays the information entered during the registration process.
    You can choose your method of payment: if you want to pay by credit card, you will be redirected to our online payment gateway. If you want to pay by bank transfer, you will be redirected to the bank tansfer information page.

  • Final Page:
    This page will offer you the chance to book your accommodation or reserve your travel with Travex-Congress.

  • Confirmation:
    After payment, you will receive an e-mail to confirm payment and registration. You will also receive a login and a password to enter your secure zone where you can download your invitation letter if needed.
